Psalm 24: According to Neville Goddard

The earth is the Lord’s, and everything in it,

The world, and all who live in it;
For he founded it upon the seas
And established it upon the waters.

The world around us is a reflection of the divine Creator, who has made all things possible. It is the outer manifestation of the inner, creative power that forms our reality, rooted in the deep waters of the subconscious mind.

Who may ascend the mountain of the Lord?
Who may stand in his holy place?

This is the journey toward higher consciousness, the climb to a state of spiritual elevation. The "mountain" represents the elevated state of awareness where the divine mind dwells, a space where we align fully with our true creative potential.

The one who has clean hands and a pure heart,
Who does not trust in an idol
Or swear by a false god.

To reach this state, we must free ourselves of distractions—false beliefs, outdated thoughts, and limiting ideas that bind us. Clean hands and a pure heart reflect mental clarity and alignment with our highest self, free from external influences.

They will receive blessing from the Lord
And vindication from God their Savior.

When we purify our minds and align with the divine imagination, we unlock the flow of blessings and clarity. This is the reward: the realization of our own divine power to shape our reality.

Such is the generation of those who seek him,
Who seek your face, God of Jacob.

This "generation" is not a specific time period, but the evolving consciousness of those who actively seek to know and understand their divine nature—those who continually engage with their inner self to manifest their desires.

Lift up your heads, you gates;
Be lifted up, you ancient doors,
That the King of glory may come in.

The "gates" and "doors" are the gateways to the subconscious mind. By raising our awareness and opening these mental doors, we allow the full power of our creative imagination to enter and transform our lives.

Who is this King of glory?
The Lord strong and mighty,
The Lord mighty in battle.

The "King of glory" is the divine, powerful imagination—the force that governs all creation. It is mighty in its ability to create and shape our experience, overcoming any obstacles or challenges.

Lift up your heads, you gates;
Lift them up, you ancient doors,
That the King of glory may come in.

The invitation is repeated: elevate your consciousness and open your mind to receive the divine flow of creativity and transformation.

Who is he, this King of glory?
The Lord Almighty—
He is the King of glory.

The "King of glory" is the highest state of consciousness, the full recognition of the power of imagination within us. It is the ultimate creative force, capable of manifesting anything we desire when we align with it.

In Summary:

In Neville Goddard's interpretation, Psalm 24 is a powerful declaration of the journey to spiritual awakening and the unfolding of the divine within. It speaks to the process of cleansing the mind, raising our awareness, and aligning with the creative power of imagination, which is the "King of glory" within us all. Through this, we manifest blessings, transformation, and the realization of our highest potential.
